How to apply for the Dr. Tony Dutton Student Officials' Scholarship
If
you are a student enrolled at Angelo State University or Howard College and a member in good standing with the San Angelo
Football Officials' Association, you are eligible to apply for the Dr. Tony Dutton Student Officials' Scholarship
in the amount of $250.00.
The award recipient was Mr. Sloan Kelly. Mr. Kelly is an undergraduate student majoring in Kinesiology-Exercise
Science at Angelo State University. He joined the chapter in 2009 and has worked 40 subvarsity games
and 8 varsity games in 2009. Congratulations Sloan for a great job this season!
